What it wants is this: say the feeling to the person it is about. Handing that to another person is exactly the habit. Upright, it is nearly finished, and the last stretch of it is mostly solitary.
When reading about relationships through a Capricorn lens, the Nine of Cups says that you feel like intimacy is something you build toward through consistency and small acts, a long-term project with measurable progress (or regression), and safer when you know exactly what is expected.
