You are feeling like you want to quit; it's hard to continue on and you are questioning if you can get the things you want. Do not lose hope-- all is not lost. You may feel like the task is impossible, but I believe in you. If someone else is blocking you, try to set boundaries and find ways to move towards your goal despite them.

Nine of Wands for Taurus in Work and Career

Wands are the fire suit, so the Nine of Wands sits in Aries. Aries sits directly beside Taurus, the one relationship a sign cannot see clearly because it is too close to get any distance on. What it asks for is this: spend the energy on one thing today. The difficulty is noticing it is being asked at all. Upright, it is nearly finished, and the last stretch of it is mostly solitary.
When reading about work through a Taurus lens, the Nine of Wands says that you feel like work is where you prove your value stays constant, a place you have learned completely, and something you protect from disruption. This has either led to becoming irreplaceable in a role that stopped teaching you anything, or to moving deliberately into new work and building mastery there from the ground up. You have not asked yourself what you actually want from this work, only what you think you should want from it. The Taurus blind spot in it is the feeling that the ground is shifting under something they thought was permanent.
In practice that can look like wanting to quit. Whatever form it takes, it is close to done and mostly solitary.
