Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Page of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. That makes this Capricorn's own card, so nothing in it is being read from the outside, and the flattering interpretation is the one to distrust. What it asks for is the thing Capricorn already believes it is good at: change one concrete arrangement this week. Upright, this is someone at the start of the element: sincere, curious, not yet any good at it.
When reading about health through a Capricorn lens, the Page of Pentacles says that you feel like your body is a tool for getting things done, something to ignore until it stops working, and less important than the deadline or the person depending on you.
