Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Page of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. That makes this Capricorn's own card, so nothing in it is being read from the outside, and the flattering interpretation is the one to distrust. What it asks for is the thing Capricorn already believes it is good at: change one concrete arrangement this week. Upright, this is someone at the start of the element: sincere, curious, not yet any good at it.
When reading about relationships through a Capricorn lens, the Page of Pentacles says that you feel like intimacy is something you build toward through consistency and small acts, a long-term project with measurable progress (or regression), and safer when you know exactly what is expected.
