Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Page of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn squares Libra, so the card asks for the move Libra is least fluent in: change one concrete arrangement this week. The friction is the content, not an obstacle to it. Upright, this is someone at the start of the element: sincere, curious, not yet any good at it.
When reading about money through a Libra lens, the Page of Pentacles says that you feel like money is something to split evenly so no one feels short, a way to keep yourself in good standing with people you care about, and something too uncomfortable to discuss directly so you hint and hope.
