Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Page of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn squares Libra, so the card asks for the move Libra is least fluent in: change one concrete arrangement this week. The friction is the content, not an obstacle to it. Upright, this is someone at the start of the element: sincere, curious, not yet any good at it.
When reading about relationships through a Libra lens, the Page of Pentacles says that you feel like your person is a mirror you keep checking to make sure you are still acceptable, a scale where you measure whether you are giving exactly as much as you receive, and something that requires constant small negotiations to keep level.
