Swords are the air suit, so the Page of Swords sits in Libra. Libra sits directly opposite Aries, so this card describes the half of the situation Aries habitually hands to someone else. What it wants is this: write the sentence down and stop rewriting it. Handing that to another person is exactly the habit. Upright, this is someone at the start of the element: sincere, curious, not yet any good at it.
When reading about relationships through an Aries lens, the Page of Swords says that you feel like your person is the spark that tells you that you are alive, the mirror you look in to check if you are still winning (or losing), and something you can set on fire and rebuild constantly.
