"Enthusiasm isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
A young man stands in the act of proclamation. He is unknown but faithful, and his tidings are strange. Wands represent passion and pages represent a message from the divine. Together this card represents exciting news about adventures and following your creative flow. Typically the face cards represent a person/event (or a part of yourself embodied).
You have received good news or read/watched something inspiring. It has re-ignited a childlike sense of joy. Romantically, your partner brings out a creative side who wants to adventure. Perhaps at work you are about to get get a new job that will open doors for you in a field you have dreamed of. Be open to the messages and let yourself play as a kid again.
You have received good news and are feeling inspired, but have not grounded yourself before acting. Perhaps you are now in a more precarious position than what you wanted. Parent yourself-- it's good to have been excited, and it's okay to have gotten a little carried away, but now you must pause to regulate your emotions and activate your reasoning brain before jumping ahead.

The Visionary
Wands are the fire suit, so the Page of Wands sits in Aries. Aries sextiles Aquarius, which is help that has to be taken up rather than help that arrives. What it asks for is this: spend the energy on one thing today. Aquarius is perfectly capable of that, which is exactly why not doing it needs a better excuse. Upright, this is someone at the start of the element: sincere, curious, not yet any good at it.
When reading about health through an Aquarius lens, the Page of Wands says that you feel like your body is a thing that happens to you, a system you monitor from outside (or ignore completely), and something that needs things from you at the worst possible times. This has either taught you hard lessons about what happens when you wait too long, or you are still waiting. The body has been sending the same signal for months and nobody has bothered to listen. The Aquarius blind spot in it is being ordinary, or worse, being needed in a way that pins them down.
In practice that can look like moving your body again, or burning out and knowing it. Whatever form it takes, it arrives as news, or as someone new and sincere.
