That makes this Aries's own card, so nothing in it is being read from the outside, and the flattering interpretation is the one to distrust. What it asks for is the thing Aries already believes it is good at: spend the energy on one thing today. Upright, this is someone at the start of the element: sincere, curious, not yet any good at it.
When reading about health through an Aries lens, the Page of Wands says that you feel like your body is a project to finish, a warning sign you can think past (or ignore), and something that only matters if it is slowing you down. This has either made you the person who outtrains their doubt and builds real resilience, or left you injured and surprised that your will could not override what was actually broken.
