Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Queen of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn sits directly beside Aquarius, the one relationship a sign cannot see clearly because it is too close to get any distance on. What it asks for is this: change one concrete arrangement this week. The difficulty is noticing it is being asked at all. Upright, this is the element held internally, by someone with nothing left to prove about it.
When reading about health through an Aquarius lens, the Queen of Pentacles says that you feel like your body is a thing that happens to you, a system you monitor from outside (or ignore completely), and something that needs things from you at the worst possible times.
