The friction is the content, not an obstacle to it. Upright, this is the element held internally, by someone with nothing left to prove about it.
When reading about health through an Aries lens, the Queen of Pentacles says that you feel like your body is a project to finish, a warning sign you can think past (or ignore), and something that only matters if it is slowing you down.
