That makes this Capricorn's own card, so nothing in it is being read from the outside, and the flattering interpretation is the one to distrust. What it asks for is the thing Capricorn already believes it is good at: change one concrete arrangement this week. Upright, this is the element held internally, by someone with nothing left to prove about it.
