Six of Wandsfor Aquarius
"Victory isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
A laurelled horseman bears one staff adorned with a laurel crown; footmen with staves are at his side. Wands represent passion and six represents harmony. Together this card represents a victory lap-- you are getting some recognition for the hard work you have put in and it feels good!
After a tumultuous period of having to deal with competition and struggle, you are being recognized for your hard work and creativity. You are finally with someone who matches your energy and drive or working in a place that recognizes your accomplishments. Take pride in what you've achieved-- you've come to it honorably.
Someone else is getting recognized instead of you-- either for treacherous reasons or it's just not yet your time. Continue putting in effort, don't give up, the truth comes out eventually and your time will come.

Six of Wands for Aquarius
The Visionary
Aquarius is an Air fixed sign ruled by Saturn, whose natural subject is friendship, community, the collective, the long future. Wands are the fire suit, so the Six of Wands sits in Aries. Aries sextiles Aquarius, which is help that has to be taken up rather than help that arrives. What it asks for is this: spend the energy on one thing today. Aquarius is perfectly capable of that, which is exactly why not doing it needs a better excuse. Aquarius is fixed: it holds on, and this card sits in the sustained middle, which is the one stretch fixed signs are actually built for. Fire and Air feed each other, so this card's logic will feel natural here. Natural is not the same as correct. Upright, the recovery is underway with the loss still in the room.
