Six of Wandsfor Scorpio
"Victory isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
A laurelled horseman bears one staff adorned with a laurel crown; footmen with staves are at his side. Wands represent passion and six represents harmony. Together this card represents a victory lap-- you are getting some recognition for the hard work you have put in and it feels good!
After a tumultuous period of having to deal with competition and struggle, you are being recognized for your hard work and creativity. You are finally with someone who matches your energy and drive or working in a place that recognizes your accomplishments. Take pride in what you've achieved-- you've come to it honorably.
Someone else is getting recognized instead of you-- either for treacherous reasons or it's just not yet your time. Continue putting in effort, don't give up, the truth comes out eventually and your time will come.
Its place in the deck.
Where it shows up.
Six of Wands for Scorpio
The Transformer
Scorpio is a Water fixed sign ruled by Mars, whose natural subject is shared resources, other people's money, death, sex, what is hidden. Wands are the fire suit, so the Six of Wands sits in Aries. Aries and Scorpio are quincunx, two signs with nothing in common: no shared element, mode, or polarity. This card will not slot neatly into how Scorpio already operates. What it wants is this: spend the energy on one thing today. It has to be done deliberately or it will not happen. Scorpio is fixed: it holds on, and this card sits in the sustained middle, which is the one stretch fixed signs are actually built for. The card wants action where the sign is built to feel it through first. One of those has to go second. Upright, the recovery is underway with the loss still in the room.
