Six quick picks first, then your reading
A woman stands with a lion as she calmly closes its mouth. She's serene in a beautiful setting and the infinity sign is above a flower crown on her head. Strength is not the lack of fear, but the ability to act with compassion when you are afraid
A sense of inner strength can be found even in the most dire situations. You are on your own kid, but you have the inner fortitude to handle a situation that might appear stressful. The infinity sign guides you, a small movement infinite times is larger than you can imagine. Don't let fear control you, move forward with decisive action
You are blocked by your own lack of confidence, perhaps you are trying something new that makes you uneasy or perhaps you are being challenged to do something that brings about a deep fear. Pay attention to what scares and why as they can be a clue to where you need to inner strength

Strength for Gemini in Work and Career
The Communicator
Sun is a luminary and Gemini runs on Mercury, so this card lights something up rather than fixing it. It is asking to be seen before it is solved. Upright, this has turned inward, to the place where the outer tools stop working.
When reading about work through a Gemini lens, the Strength says that you feel like work is the place you prove you can learn anything fast, a problem to solve before it gets boring, and something you can always trade for the next interesting angle (or stay in if the conversation keeps surprising you). This has either led to real expertise across unexpected domains or to a resume that reads like someone with too many browser tabs open and none of them fully loaded. You have not asked yourself what you actually want from this work, only what you think you should want from it. The Gemini blind spot in it is stillness, silence, the moment when talking stops and you have to feel what you actually feel, the weight of having chosen one thing and not the other.
In practice that can look like a change large enough to reorganise the rest, or the job becoming a different job. Whatever form it takes, it is turning inward, where the usual moves stop working.
