A woman stands with a lion as she calmly closes its mouth. She's serene in a beautiful setting and the infinity sign is above a flower crown on her head. Strength is not the lack of fear, but the ability to act with compassion when you are afraid
A sense of inner strength can be found even in the most dire situations. You are on your own kid, but you have the inner fortitude to handle a situation that might appear stressful. The infinity sign guides you, a small movement infinite times is larger than you can imagine. Don't let fear control you, move forward with decisive action
You are blocked by your own lack of confidence, perhaps you are trying something new that makes you uneasy or perhaps you are being challenged to do something that brings about a deep fear. Pay attention to what scares and why as they can be a clue to where you need to inner strength

Strength for Scorpio in Work and Career
The Transformer
Sun is a luminary and Scorpio runs on Pluto, so this card lights something up rather than fixing it. It is asking to be seen before it is solved. Upright, this has turned inward, to the place where the outer tools stop working.
When reading about work through a Scorpio lens, the Strength says that you feel like work is where you need to know the financial truth before anyone else does, a problem to solve (or a power to hold), and something you will not announce until you are certain. This has either led to you becoming the person who understands the money and the leverage, or to you refusing to enter the room where decisions are made. You have not asked yourself what you actually want from this work, only what you think you should want from it. The Scorpio blind spot in it is the feeling of being fooled, or of being seen as naive, or of depending on someone who will leave.
In practice that can look like a change large enough to reorganise the rest, or the job becoming a different job. Whatever form it takes, it is turning inward, where the usual moves stop working.
