Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Ten of Pentacles sits in Taurus. That makes this Taurus's own card, so nothing in it is being read from the outside, and the flattering interpretation is the one to distrust. What it asks for is the thing Taurus already believes it is good at: change one concrete arrangement this week. Upright, it is complete, which is not automatically the same as good.
When reading about yourself through a Taurus lens, the Ten of Pentacles says that you feel like you are a finished thing that should not change, a body with specific rules, and someone who knows what works and sticks to it. This has either meant missing the person you could have become, or developing such clarity about yourself that you move through the world without apology.
