Swords are the air suit, so the Ten of Swords sits in Libra. That makes this Libra's own card, so nothing in it is being read from the outside, and the flattering interpretation is the one to distrust. What it asks for is the thing Libra already believes it is good at: write the sentence down and stop rewriting it. Upright, it is complete, which is not automatically the same as good.
When reading about work through a Libra lens, the Ten of Swords says that you feel like work is a place to prove you can hold everyone's needs at once, a problem to solve without anyone feeling sidelined, and something that must look effortless even when it exhausts you. This has either led to you becoming the person everyone relies on and never quite gets to rely on in return, or to you quietly building something on your own terms while everyone else thought you were still deciding. You have not asked yourself what you actually want from this work, only what you think you should want from it.
