Saturn against Venus-ruled Taurus is the harder planet arriving in the softer register. It will feel like being asked to do without something Taurus normally uses to smooth things over. Upright, this is surfacing whether or not it was invited.
When reading about what comes next through a Taurus lens, the Devil card says that you feel like the future is something you control by not changing, a place you have already planned, and something that should feel familiar. This has either meant building a life so predictable it becomes a cage, or choosing what you want and moving toward it steadily enough to sleep at night. You already know what comes next, and you are afraid of what it will cost you to get there. The Taurus blind spot in it is the feeling that the ground is shifting under something they thought was permanent.
In practice that can look like a door closing and it mattering, or the next chapter starting without permission. Whatever form it takes, it is surfacing whether or not it was invited.
