Jupiter sits outside Cancer's usual Moon register, so this one arrives as unfamiliar weather. Upright, this is happening out in the visible world, where other people can see it and respond to it.
When reading about health through a Cancer lens, the Hierophant card says that you feel like your body holds what you will not say out loud, rest feels like abandonment (or like you are letting people down), and you know something is wrong before any test confirms it.
