The Visionary
Moon is a luminary and Aquarius runs on Uranus, so this card lights something up rather than fixing it. It is asking to be seen before it is solved. Upright, this is happening out in the visible world, where other people can see it and respond to it.
When reading about money through an Aquarius lens, the High Priestess card says that you feel like money is a tool that should not matter but does, something you hold loosely so it cannot hold you, and a number that never feels safe enough. This has either meant you accumulated plenty without ever enjoying it, or you spent it all on people and causes you believed in. You have not looked at your full financial picture all at once, and the not-looking costs more than the looking would. The Aquarius blind spot in it is being ordinary, or worse, being needed in a way that pins them down.
In practice that can look like a change in circumstance rather than an amount, or what money is for shifting. Whatever form it takes, it is happening in the visible world where other people can see it.
