Six quick picks first, then your reading
The Magician stands at a table perpetually in balance with all four elements and surrounded by nature. While peaceful and at one with their world, they are also creating magic, creating something out of nothing. Their insight acts as a conduit: they bridge the gap between yourself and the divine creative.
Look closer.
By nurturing connection and giving space for balance you find a creative spark within yourself. Follow this spark intuitively and continue to do things that help it grow
You are blocked by an imbalance or disconnect. Pause and reconnect with the natural world and your own inner voice. Some things are not meant for us and that deep truth will reveal itself with time
Some early depictions of this card showed him as a juggler balancing the many things in life. However, the magician here is perhaps invoking Merlin more than a juggler. The infinity symbol above his head has been used in mathematics since the 17th century, but the symbol is often referencing the ouroboros (a snake eating it's own tail) or the inner magical knowledge

The Magician for Libra in Money and Wealth
The Harmonizer
Mercury against Venus-ruled Libra puts the whole thing into words, which is either the relief or the trap depending on whether Libra then acts on them. Upright, this is happening out in the visible world, where other people can see it and respond to it.
When reading about money through a Libra lens, the Magician card says that you feel like money is something to split evenly so no one feels short, a way to keep yourself in good standing with people you care about, and something too uncomfortable to discuss directly so you hint and hope. This has either led you to give away more than you can afford and resent it quietly, or to finally name a price and discover that the people worth keeping will actually pay it. You have not looked at your full financial picture all at once, and the not-looking costs more than the looking would. The Libra blind spot in it is being the one who breaks the tie, names the problem, or asks for something first.
In practice that can look like a change in circumstance rather than an amount, or what money is for shifting. Whatever form it takes, it is happening in the visible world where other people can see it.
