Six quick picks first, then your reading
The Magician stands at a table perpetually in balance with all four elements and surrounded by nature. While peaceful and at one with their world, they are also creating magic, creating something out of nothing. Their insight acts as a conduit: they bridge the gap between yourself and the divine creative.
Look closer.
By nurturing connection and giving space for balance you find a creative spark within yourself. Follow this spark intuitively and continue to do things that help it grow
You are blocked by an imbalance or disconnect. Pause and reconnect with the natural world and your own inner voice. Some things are not meant for us and that deep truth will reveal itself with time
Some early depictions of this card showed him as a juggler balancing the many things in life. However, the magician here is perhaps invoking Merlin more than a juggler. The infinity symbol above his head has been used in mathematics since the 17th century, but the symbol is often referencing the ouroboros (a snake eating it's own tail) or the inner magical knowledge

The Magician for Pisces in The Future
The Dreamer
Mercury against Neptune-ruled Pisces puts the whole thing into words, which is either the relief or the trap depending on whether Pisces then acts on them. Upright, this is happening out in the visible world, where other people can see it and respond to it.
When reading about what comes next through a Pisces lens, the Magician card says that you feel like the future is vivid and real inside your mind, so real it feels like it's already happening, and taking actual steps toward it feels redundant or risky. This has either kept you dreaming without building, waiting for the dream to arrive on its own, or led to you taking wild action based on a vision that dissolves the moment you need to execute. You already know what comes next, and you are afraid of what it will cost you to get there. The Pisces blind spot in it is the moment they have to stop being useful and admit they're drowning.
In practice that can look like a door closing and it mattering, or the next chapter starting without permission. Whatever form it takes, it is happening in the visible world where other people can see it.
