The tower signifies a breakdown-- like a coup of sorts. You are literally being thrown out of the tower you once called your home. While traditionally a negative card, sometimes you need a big change to reorient your whole life
Take this to heart, something was wrong and the universe is metaphorically blowing your life up for you, what you do in the aftermath is up to you. Perhaps a relationship ended (but maybe it was toxic the whole time), perhaps you were fired (but your free to pursue your true passion), perhaps it's a litany of things, but have faith in yourself and rebuild with your true goals and values at heart.
The universe is trying to guide you to make a radical change, but you are blocked from taking that guidance. Perhaps the clues from the universe are less obvious or perhaps you have an iron sense of will. Some things in life are meant to be hard, but you know the difference between doing a hard thing and doing something not meant for you. Use that judgment here; otherwise you are not living your own truth

When reading about health through an Aquarius lens, the Tower card says that you feel like your body is a thing that happens to you, a system you monitor from outside (or ignore completely), and something that needs things from you at the worst possible times. This has either taught you hard lessons about what happens when you wait too long, or you are still waiting. The body has been sending the same signal for months and nobody has bothered to listen. The Aquarius blind spot in it is being ordinary, or worse, being needed in a way that pins them down.
In practice that can look like the body making the decision for you, or a genuine reset. Whatever form it takes, it is surfacing whether or not it was invited.
