When reading about health through a Scorpio lens, the Tower card says that you feel like your body is something you ignore until the problem is undeniable, a machine you are behind on maintaining (or refuse to examine closely), and a frontier you do not trust yourself to explore. In practice that can look like the body making the decision for you, or a genuine reset. Whatever form it takes, it is surfacing whether or not it was invited.
Something is about to shake loose. The Tower brings sudden change that can feel catastrophic, but it only destroys what was built on illusion. What remains after the tower falls is the truth. Trust it.
