Saturn sits outside Leo's usual Sun register, so this one arrives as unfamiliar weather. Upright, this is surfacing whether or not it was invited.
When reading about money through a Leo lens, the World card says that you feel like money is for the life that photographs well, for gifts that make an impact (or create a memory), and for belonging in rooms where you are not sure you fit.
