The final card in the Major arcana cycle. One journey has come to a close-- from a fool to a master. All signs are in balance with the world card and the card conveys a sense of coming home after a long journey wiser and older. The world card also contains a small spark, it asks quietly what's next!
You've accomplished something huge and you should be proud (maybe some huge milestone like having a baby, getting married, a new promotion or maybe something smaller like growing your self esteem or completing a project). Take a moment to accept that you've done something amazing and let it truly sink in. Celebrate yourself in some tangible way (maybe throw a party, light a candle, tell your friends)
A frustrating block on finishing a huge chapter of your life (perhaps you are unable to get closure, or you need to take one more class to graduate, or perhaps you were ghosted and you don't know why). For things within your control this card pushes you to keep going, the end of the cycle is in sight! For things outside of your control, just remember that you are the master of your own destiny and maybe you must provide your own ending to the chapter (accepting that might not be the ending that you envisioned).

The World for Libra in The Future
The Harmonizer
Saturn against Venus-ruled Libra is the harder planet arriving in the softer register. It will feel like being asked to do without something Libra normally uses to smooth things over. Upright, this is surfacing whether or not it was invited.
When reading about what comes next through a Libra lens, the World card says that you feel like the future is something you will know once everyone else has decided, a choice that requires seeing all options before you can pick one, and something that feels risky if you commit before checking that it is also what they want. This has either left you waiting for a future that never quite arrives, or forced you to build one without permission and discovered it was actually the one you wanted all along. You already know what comes next, and you are afraid of what it will cost you to get there. The Libra blind spot in it is being the one who breaks the tie, names the problem, or asks for something first.
In practice that can look like a door closing and it mattering, or the next chapter starting without permission. Whatever form it takes, it is surfacing whether or not it was invited.
