Saturn against Venus-ruled Libra is the harder planet arriving in the softer register. It will feel like being asked to do without something Libra normally uses to smooth things over. Upright, this is surfacing whether or not it was invited.
When reading about relationships through a Libra lens, the World card says that you feel like your person is a mirror you keep checking to make sure you are still acceptable, a scale where you measure whether you are giving exactly as much as you receive, and something that requires constant small negotiations to keep level.
