Three of Pentaclesfor Aquarius · The Future
"Teamwork isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
Three figures at work, collaborating to make a great work together. Pentacles represents wealth and the three card represents collaboration. A card about creating a long lasting legacy with others. This card is often associated with the nobility and high class works of artistry
You are working on something truly outstanding with great people. Romantically maybe a new friend is leading you to meet cool new people or you found a new hobby that you are excelling at. Lean into the newness (even if you are intimidated); it will pay off in the end.
You're blocked by a lack of confidence in your own skills. Perhaps your skills have not matched your expectations OR your own brain is getting in your way. Set aside some time to listen to yourself and try to be honest: are you really not at the level you want OR is your own anxiety getting in your way. Breathe into either, neither are a failure on your part.

Three of Pentacles for Aquarius in The Future
The Visionary
Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Three of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn sits directly beside Aquarius, the one relationship a sign cannot see clearly because it is too close to get any distance on. What it asks for is this: change one concrete arrangement this week. The difficulty is noticing it is being asked at all. Upright, it has become visible to other people, which is the part that makes it real.
When reading about what comes next through an Aquarius lens, the Three of Pentacles says that you feel like the future is vivid and real and twenty years out, something you can see in detail (or build in theory), and the next twenty weeks are a blur you do not know how to hold. This has either made you a visionary others follow, or left you scattered across possibilities with nothing finished. You already know what comes next, and you are afraid of what it will cost you to get there. The Aquarius blind spot in it is being ordinary, or worse, being needed in a way that pins them down.
In practice that can look like a plan with an actual date on it, or somewhere to live. Whatever form it takes, it is about to become visible to other people.
