Three of Pentaclesfor Leo · The Future
"Teamwork isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
Three figures at work, collaborating to make a great work together. Pentacles represents wealth and the three card represents collaboration. A card about creating a long lasting legacy with others. This card is often associated with the nobility and high class works of artistry
You are working on something truly outstanding with great people. Romantically maybe a new friend is leading you to meet cool new people or you found a new hobby that you are excelling at. Lean into the newness (even if you are intimidated); it will pay off in the end.
You're blocked by a lack of confidence in your own skills. Perhaps your skills have not matched your expectations OR your own brain is getting in your way. Set aside some time to listen to yourself and try to be honest: are you really not at the level you want OR is your own anxiety getting in your way. Breathe into either, neither are a failure on your part.

Three of Pentacles for Leo in The Future
The Creator
Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Three of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn and Leo are quincunx, two signs with nothing in common: no shared element, mode, or polarity. This card will not slot neatly into how Leo already operates. What it wants is this: change one concrete arrangement this week. It has to be done deliberately or it will not happen. Upright, it has become visible to other people, which is the part that makes it real.
When reading about what comes next through a Leo lens, the Three of Pentacles says that you feel like the future is something you can script into a highlight reel, something where your name is known (or your work is recognized), and something that should feel like it was always heading toward you. This has either created real ambition that pulls you forward, or left you unable to enjoy the present because it does not yet look like success. You already know what comes next, and you are afraid of what it will cost you to get there. The Leo blind spot in it is being ordinary, being forgotten, being the one no one thought to invite, being seen doing something mediocre.
In practice that can look like a plan with an actual date on it, or somewhere to live. Whatever form it takes, it is about to become visible to other people.
