Three of Pentaclesfor Capricorn · Work and Career
"Teamwork isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
Three figures at work, collaborating to make a great work together. Pentacles represents wealth and the three card represents collaboration. A card about creating a long lasting legacy with others. This card is often associated with the nobility and high class works of artistry
You are working on something truly outstanding with great people. Romantically maybe a new friend is leading you to meet cool new people or you found a new hobby that you are excelling at. Lean into the newness (even if you are intimidated); it will pay off in the end.
You're blocked by a lack of confidence in your own skills. Perhaps your skills have not matched your expectations OR your own brain is getting in your way. Set aside some time to listen to yourself and try to be honest: are you really not at the level you want OR is your own anxiety getting in your way. Breathe into either, neither are a failure on your part.

Three of Pentacles for Capricorn in Work and Career
The Architect
Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Three of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. That makes this Capricorn's own card, so nothing in it is being read from the outside, and the flattering interpretation is the one to distrust. What it asks for is the thing Capricorn already believes it is good at: change one concrete arrangement this week. Upright, it has become visible to other people, which is the part that makes it real.
When reading about work through a Capricorn lens, the Three of Pentacles says that you feel like work is where you prove you are worth keeping around, a problem you solve by solving more problems, and the only place that keeps score in a way you trust. This has either led to building something real and durable that outlasts you or to becoming so necessary that leaving would feel like abandonment. You have not asked yourself what you actually want from this work, only what you think you should want from it. The Capricorn blind spot in it is being useless, being a burden, being the person who could not hold it together.
In practice that can look like a raise or an offer. Whatever form it takes, it is about to become visible to other people.
