Wands are the fire suit, so the Three of Wands sits in Aries. Aries sits directly opposite Libra, so this card describes the half of the situation Libra habitually hands to someone else. What it wants is this: spend the energy on one thing today. Handing that to another person is exactly the habit. Upright, it has become visible to other people, which is the part that makes it real.
When reading about health through a Libra lens, the Three of Wands says that you feel like your body is something to accommodate everyone else's schedule around, a problem you will solve later when you have more time, and something that does not get to interrupt the peace you are keeping.
