Wands are the fire suit, so the Three of Wands sits in Aries. Aries sits directly opposite Libra, so this card describes the half of the situation Libra habitually hands to someone else. What it wants is this: spend the energy on one thing today. Handing that to another person is exactly the habit. Upright, it has become visible to other people, which is the part that makes it real.
When reading about yourself through a Libra lens, the Three of Wands says that you feel like you are a collection of versions that other people have seen in you, a thing that must stay balanced or it will tip into being unlikeable, and something you do not fully trust without external confirmation.
