"Partnership isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
Cups represent emotions, love, and feelings. The two of cups is about a connection that already feels steady, coming into a new age of emotional connection and balance.
The feelings are mutual, you are on the same page and you are making prolonged eye contact. In love and romance this is a steamy card about connecting with another person on a deep level, but it can be a partnership outside of the romantic
Something is off balance in a key relationship. Some ruptures can be healed, but pay attention as this card is a sign that a breakup or ending might be what's needed in the long term.

Two of Cups for Aquarius in Health and Energy
The Visionary
Cups are the water suit, so the Two of Cups sits in Cancer. Cancer and Aquarius are quincunx, two signs with nothing in common: no shared element, mode, or polarity. This card will not slot neatly into how Aquarius already operates. What it wants is this: say the feeling to the person it is about. It has to be done deliberately or it will not happen. Upright, the second thing has actually arrived and the negotiation between them is live.
When reading about health through an Aquarius lens, the Two of Cups says that you feel like your body is a thing that happens to you, a system you monitor from outside (or ignore completely), and something that needs things from you at the worst possible times. This has either taught you hard lessons about what happens when you wait too long, or you are still waiting. The body has been sending the same signal for months and nobody has bothered to listen. The Aquarius blind spot in it is being ordinary, or worse, being needed in a way that pins them down.
In practice that can look like a stress that shows up in the body. Whatever form it takes, it is becoming a two person situation.
