"Planning isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
A tall man looks from a battlemented roof over sea and shore; he ponders the globe and his power over it. Wands represent passion and two represents duality. Together this card represents a choice to be made: stay or go. Both options will lead to prosperity, but we have to pick one.
Your passion has led you to a crossroads. Stay doing something you love, or branch out to a new horizon. You are able to build the life you want with either route, but you cannot have both. Perhaps you are called to travel/trips or perhaps you are deciding to leave your hometown. Listen to your deep truth and do not let fear of change hold you back, but don't let the excitement of newness be your only motivation.
You are moving quickly, following one of your passions and perhaps not listening to your true inner voice. Diving full steam into a new relationship without figuring out what broke down in your previous one; quitting a job without new plans for a new one. Slow down, listen to what your intuition is telling you-- safety is not always the enemy. Sometimes running ahead lets us avoid figuring out what we truly want.

Two of Wands for Libra in Health and Energy
The Harmonizer
Wands are the fire suit, so the Two of Wands sits in Aries. Aries sits directly opposite Libra, so this card describes the half of the situation Libra habitually hands to someone else. What it wants is this: spend the energy on one thing today. Handing that to another person is exactly the habit. Upright, the second thing has actually arrived and the negotiation between them is live.
When reading about health through a Libra lens, the Two of Wands says that you feel like your body is something to accommodate everyone else's schedule around, a problem you will solve later when you have more time, and something that does not get to interrupt the peace you are keeping. This has either led to you postponing care until something breaks, or to you learning that taking care of yourself is not selfish and actually makes you steadier for the people you love. The body has been sending the same signal for months and nobody has bothered to listen. The Libra blind spot in it is being the one who breaks the tie, names the problem, or asks for something first.
In practice that can look like moving your body again, or burning out and knowing it. Whatever form it takes, it is becoming a two person situation.
