That makes this Cancer's own card, so nothing in it is being read from the outside, and the flattering interpretation is the one to distrust. What it asks for is the thing Cancer already believes it is good at: say the feeling to the person it is about. An ace is a seed rather than a result. Upright it means the thing is genuinely available and completely untested.
