"New Love isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
Cups represent emotions, love, and feelings. The ace of cups, as the first card in the suit, represents a new love just beginning its emotional journey. Untested, but excited!
You are at the start of a new journey, some form of new love has come into your life (be it a new connection, a new pet, a new lover, or a new take on a love that's existed before). Be open to new things and see the world with rose colored glasses!
You over focused on something new, and neglected your self. You've depleted your own emotional cup and need to spend some time filling it up again. Perhaps a new love did not go as you hoped and you must start the healing process before you begin again.

Ace of Cups for Leo in Health and Energy
The Creator
Cups are the water suit, so the Ace of Cups sits in Cancer. Cancer sits directly beside Leo, the one relationship a sign cannot see clearly because it is too close to get any distance on. What it asks for is this: say the feeling to the person it is about. The difficulty is noticing it is being asked at all. An ace is a seed rather than a result. Upright it means the thing is genuinely available and completely untested.
When reading about health through a Leo lens, the Ace of Cups says that you feel like your body is something you push and recover from in private, something to be proud of (or to hide the cost of), and something that should not betray you publicly. This has either built real strength and self-knowledge, or left you managing an injury or exhaustion you cannot admit to anyone. The body has been sending the same signal for months and nobody has bothered to listen. The Leo blind spot in it is being ordinary, being forgotten, being the one no one thought to invite, being seen doing something mediocre.
In practice that can look like sleep coming back. Whatever form it takes, it is just arriving and has not been tested yet.
