Cups are the water suit, so the Ace of Cups sits in Cancer. Cancer squares Aries, so the card asks for the move Aries is least fluent in: say the feeling to the person it is about. The friction is the content, not an obstacle to it. An ace is a seed rather than a result. Upright it means the thing is genuinely available and completely untested.
When reading about health through an Aries lens, the Ace of Cups says that you feel like your body is a project to finish, a warning sign you can think past (or ignore), and something that only matters if it is slowing you down.
