"New Love isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
Cups represent emotions, love, and feelings. The ace of cups, as the first card in the suit, represents a new love just beginning its emotional journey. Untested, but excited!
You are at the start of a new journey, some form of new love has come into your life (be it a new connection, a new pet, a new lover, or a new take on a love that's existed before). Be open to new things and see the world with rose colored glasses!
You over focused on something new, and neglected your self. You've depleted your own emotional cup and need to spend some time filling it up again. Perhaps a new love did not go as you hoped and you must start the healing process before you begin again.

Ace of Cups for Sagittarius in Health and Energy
The Seeker
Cups are the water suit, so the Ace of Cups sits in Cancer. Cancer and Sagittarius are quincunx, two signs with nothing in common: no shared element, mode, or polarity. This card will not slot neatly into how Sagittarius already operates. What it wants is this: say the feeling to the person it is about. It has to be done deliberately or it will not happen. An ace is a seed rather than a result. Upright it means the thing is genuinely available and completely untested.
When reading about health through a Sagittarius lens, the Ace of Cups says that you feel like your body is a machine that gets you to the next place, something that will hold up if you do not think about it too hard, and less important than where you are trying to go. This has either meant you stay resilient and light or has meant you crash hard when the body finally stops cooperating. The body has been sending the same signal for months and nobody has bothered to listen. The Sagittarius blind spot in it is the specific weight of a single commitment, the slowness of actually building something, the possibility that it might not be enough.
In practice that can look like sleep coming back. Whatever form it takes, it is just arriving and has not been tested yet.
