When reading about work through a Aries lens, the Death says that you feel like work is the place you prove you are not wasting time, a problem to solve fast (or escape), and something that only matters if you can see the finish line tomorrow. This has either led to building something from nothing in record time or to leaving behind half-finished things because the sprint ended and the marathon scared you. You have not asked yourself what you actually want from this work, only what you think you should want from it. The Aries blind spot in it is the feeling that nothing you do makes any difference, that you are not the center of the story.
In practice that can look like a change large enough to reorganise the rest, or the job becoming a different job. Whatever form it takes, it is turning inward, where the usual moves stop working.
Something is ending, and that is not only okay — it is necessary. Death is the card of transformation, of releasing what no longer serves you so that new growth can begin. Embrace the ending and trust the process.
You are clinging to something that has already run its course. Fear of change is keeping you stuck. The transformation wants to happen — let it.
Something ended, and you are on the other side of it — even if the grief still visits. Death in the past points to a real closure: a chapter, a self, a relationship, a way of living that had to go so that the version of you writing this could exist. That ending is already doing its work.
Something is ready to end, and part of you already knows. Death in the present asks you to stop keeping the thing alive on life support — the habit, the dynamic, the identity — and let the release happen. The new growth is waiting for the space.
What's unfolding is a transformation, not a loss you can avoid. Death in the future points to an ending that clears ground for something more honest to take root. Grieve what needs grieving and don't confuse the ending with the whole story.
