"Mastery isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
An artist in stone at his work, which he exhibits in the form of trophies. Pentacles represents wealth and eight represents achievement. Together this card signifies a productive period and artistry.
This card signifies that your hard work is paying off-- you've put in the time and you are proud of your creations. Spend time crafting and creating. Romantically, perhaps you will find someone who has the same creative passions and/or will collaborate on a project together.
You are working hard but getting no where. A frustrating card-- you are spinning your wheels on projects that bring you satisfaction. Follow your passions and listen to your heart. Take a break.

Eight of Pentacles for Libra in Work and Career
The Harmonizer
Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Eight of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn squares Libra, so the card asks for the move Libra is least fluent in: change one concrete arrangement this week. The friction is the content, not an obstacle to it. Upright, the work is available, and it is repetitive rather than dramatic.
When reading about work through a Libra lens, the Eight of Pentacles says that you feel like work is a place to prove you can hold everyone's needs at once, a problem to solve without anyone feeling sidelined, and something that must look effortless even when it exhausts you. This has either led to you becoming the person everyone relies on and never quite gets to rely on in return, or to you quietly building something on your own terms while everyone else thought you were still deciding. You have not asked yourself what you actually want from this work, only what you think you should want from it. The Libra blind spot in it is being the one who breaks the tie, names the problem, or asks for something first.
In practice that can look like a contract landing. Whatever form it takes, it is going to take unglamorous repetition.
