An artist in stone at his work, which he exhibits in the form of trophies. Pentacles represents wealth and eight represents achievement. Together this card signifies a productive period and artistry.
This card signifies that your hard work is paying off-- you've put in the time and you are proud of your creations. Spend time crafting and creating. Romantically, perhaps you will find someone who has the same creative passions and/or will collaborate on a project together.
You are working hard but getting no where. A frustrating card-- you are spinning your wheels on projects that bring you satisfaction. Follow your passions and listen to your heart. Take a break.

Eight of Pentacles for Pisces in Health and Energy
The Dreamer
Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Eight of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn sextiles Pisces, which is help that has to be taken up rather than help that arrives. What it asks for is this: change one concrete arrangement this week. Pisces is perfectly capable of that, which is exactly why not doing it needs a better excuse. Upright, the work is available, and it is repetitive rather than dramatic.
When reading about health through a Pisces lens, the Eight of Pentacles says that you feel like your body is a signal you can ignore, pain is something to numb or postpone until it screams, and admitting you're suffering feels like complaining or demanding too much. This has either kept you functional through crisis by numbing out completely, or meant that by the time you pay attention the problem has grown teeth. The body has been sending the same signal for months and nobody has bothered to listen. The Pisces blind spot in it is the moment they have to stop being useful and admit they're drowning.
In practice that can look like sleep, food, walking. Whatever form it takes, it is going to take unglamorous repetition.
