Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Eight of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. That makes this Capricorn's own card, so nothing in it is being read from the outside, and the flattering interpretation is the one to distrust. What it asks for is the thing Capricorn already believes it is good at: change one concrete arrangement this week. Upright, the work is available, and it is repetitive rather than dramatic.
When reading about health through a Capricorn lens, the Eight of Pentacles says that you feel like your body is a tool for getting things done, something to ignore until it stops working, and less important than the deadline or the person depending on you. This has either taught you hard lessons that finally made you listen or left you running on fumes, surprised each time your body refuses to cooperate.
