Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Eight of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn sextiles Scorpio, which is help that has to be taken up rather than help that arrives. What it asks for is this: change one concrete arrangement this week. Scorpio is perfectly capable of that, which is exactly why not doing it needs a better excuse. Upright, the work is available, and it is repetitive rather than dramatic.
When reading about health through a Scorpio lens, the Eight of Pentacles says that you feel like your body is something you ignore until the problem is undeniable, a machine you are behind on maintaining (or refuse to examine closely), and a frontier you do not trust yourself to explore.
