Wands are the fire suit, so the Eight of Wands sits in Aries. Aries sits directly opposite Libra, so this card describes the half of the situation Libra habitually hands to someone else. What it wants is this: spend the energy on one thing today. Handing that to another person is exactly the habit. Upright, the work is available, and it is repetitive rather than dramatic.
When reading about yourself through a Libra lens, the Eight of Wands says that you feel like you are a collection of versions that other people have seen in you, a thing that must stay balanced or it will tip into being unlikeable, and something you do not fully trust without external confirmation.
