"Loss isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
A tumultuous card-- lots of spilled cups and a lack of connection. This card signifies struggle and loss.
A major setback has occurred. Grieve for what you lost (maybe a relationship, a part of yourself, or a loved one). It's okay to be sad-- this card calls us to honor that sadness. It was a big deal and it's okay that you're hurting. Give yourself time to heal.
In a dark time, you found a path through to the light. Slowly you found yourself again and that inner strength is like a candle in the dark. You can navigate this situation.

Five of Cups for Aquarius in Health and Energy
The Visionary
Cups are the water suit, so the Five of Cups sits in Cancer. Cancer and Aquarius are quincunx, two signs with nothing in common: no shared element, mode, or polarity. This card will not slot neatly into how Aquarius already operates. What it wants is this: say the feeling to the person it is about. It has to be done deliberately or it will not happen. Upright, the loss is happening rather than being feared, which is the harder and simpler thing.
When reading about health through an Aquarius lens, the Five of Cups says that you feel like your body is a thing that happens to you, a system you monitor from outside (or ignore completely), and something that needs things from you at the worst possible times. This has either taught you hard lessons about what happens when you wait too long, or you are still waiting. The body has been sending the same signal for months and nobody has bothered to listen. The Aquarius blind spot in it is being ordinary, or worse, being needed in a way that pins them down.
In practice that can look like wanting to be looked after. Whatever form it takes, it is breaking, and the loss in it is real.
