Five of Cups for Aquarius in The Future
The Visionary
Cups are the water suit, so the Five of Cups sits in Cancer. Cancer and Aquarius are quincunx, two signs with nothing in common: no shared element, mode, or polarity. This card will not slot neatly into how Aquarius already operates. What it wants is this: say the feeling to the person it is about. It has to be done deliberately or it will not happen. Upright, the loss is happening rather than being feared, which is the harder and simpler thing.
When reading about what comes next through an Aquarius lens, the Five of Cups says that you feel like the future is vivid and real and twenty years out, something you can see in detail (or build in theory), and the next twenty weeks are a blur you do not know how to hold.
