Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Five of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn sextiles Pisces, which is help that has to be taken up rather than help that arrives. What it asks for is this: change one concrete arrangement this week. Pisces is perfectly capable of that, which is exactly why not doing it needs a better excuse. Upright, the loss is happening rather than being feared, which is the harder and simpler thing.
When reading about what comes next through a Pisces lens, the Five of Pentacles says that you feel like the future is vivid and real inside your mind, so real it feels like it's already happening, and taking actual steps toward it feels redundant or risky. This has either kept you dreaming without building, waiting for the dream to arrive on its own, or led to you taking wild action based on a vision that dissolves the moment you need to execute.
