Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Five of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn sextiles Pisces, which is help that has to be taken up rather than help that arrives. What it asks for is this: change one concrete arrangement this week. Pisces is perfectly capable of that, which is exactly why not doing it needs a better excuse. Upright, the loss is happening rather than being feared, which is the harder and simpler thing.
When reading about money through a Pisces lens, the Five of Pentacles says that you feel like money is something you're afraid to look at directly, a problem you can solve by not thinking about it, and something tied to whether you deserve to take up space at all.
