King of Pentaclesfor Libra · Self and Identity

"Wealth isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
A man sits (somewhat lazily, but perhaps dignified) on a throne and surrounded by lusciousness. Pentacles represent wealth and the king card represents mastery. This card represents a person who has 'made it' financially. Someone who knows how to act in order to generate wealth. Money has a corrupting influence and you can see that with this card.
You are placed in a situation where you need to be the financial leader. Either at work or in your personal life. You will be successful as you have all the tools and mastery to handle the job. This card can also mean someone in your life has true domain over wealth. Romantically this card means you need a partner who brings a mastery of finances to the table.
Someone in your life is using their wealth to hold power over you-- perhaps you are stuck in a job you dislike or perhaps you have a family member who is paying for something you need. Perhaps you are feeling a lack of generosity from others or from within yourself. Displays of wealth do not make you rich; being rich does not mean you are generous.

King of Pentacles for Libra in Self and Identity
The Harmonizer
Pentacles are the earth suit, so the King of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn squares Libra, so the card asks for the move Libra is least fluent in: change one concrete arrangement this week. The friction is the content, not an obstacle to it. Upright, this is the element used out in the world, at the cost of still feeling it.
When reading about yourself through a Libra lens, the King of Pentacles says that you feel like you are a collection of versions that other people have seen in you, a thing that must stay balanced or it will tip into being unlikeable, and something you do not fully trust without external confirmation. This has either kept you from knowing what you actually like, or forced you to become very clear about who you are precisely by refusing to be a mirror anymore. You have been so focused on who you think you should be that you haven't checked in with who you actually are. The Libra blind spot in it is being the one who breaks the tie, names the problem, or asks for something first.
In practice that can look like a routine that finally sticks, or the body asking for the basics. Whatever form it takes, it is being decided by whoever holds the authority.
